Deleted item in the sales order still appear in the incompletion log

Please advice why an item in the sales order that has been deleted still appear in the incompletion log.

Hi,

You can get help from the report documentation.

SDVBUK00 recalculates the status of selected sales documents and displays changes and any errors in a report.

You can select sales document numbers on a selection screen and enter whether the program should run in display or change mode. Database modifications can only be implemented in change mode.

When i choose to remove the tickmark in the "test run without update" box, i have no authorization in maintaining sales document.

Should I run this report directly in Production System?

Hi Mr. Ganesan,

Can you please give more details on how to run this report.

When I execute the report, I have to input the Sales Document in the Sales Document Field  but there is no field for the Sales Document Item.  I am concerned that i might delete the whole Sales Document and not only the item affected. 

Furthermore, please advice if I need to put a tick mark on the box "Test Run Without Update".
