SRM 7.0 Pending Confirmation

Dear All,

Under Central Confirmation menu, you can see the list of pending confirmations for purchase orders. After you confirm one of the PO and then update the the pending confirmations list, this PO is still there. What can i do ? Is there a way  to remove these PO's from the list where the confirmation is already completed ?

Hello,

If you have selected last delivery indicator or done confirmation using complete qty. then the PO should not be visible in the confirmation list.

If it is still visible then run the report CLEAN_REQREQ_UP.

Dear Yadav,

I did all (delivery completed is ticked and confirmation using complete quantity). And CLEAN_REQREQ_UP is also running. But PO is still pending for confirmation in the list.

What may be the problem ?

Can you check if the flags FINAL_ENTRY is updated properly in your system for the documents
