CRM Sales 2.0 and SUP 2.1.2 connectivity, URGENT!

Hi,

We are implementing CRM sales 2.0. I followed all the instructions, created a domain and application, and i get screen shots.

Here is the user that i created for login from IPAD , but my ipad couldnt connect to SUP 2.1.2

From application , i can ping my SAP connection (on scc ) and it ping succesfuly. That means i can connect to SAP.

But on IPAD, i cant even connect to SUP , where is the problem ?. Previous version (crm sales 1.2.1 ) was connecting both.

I have the latest patch on both crm, nw mobile and sup.

Where can be the problem ? Please help this is urgent. At least i must connect to SUP 2.1.2 .

I finally connected to SUP . Just left application ID field blank and connected to SUP.

Well, but when i choose application and domain , it fails to connect

Hi Bilen,

Ya my device coming online & data is also coming on device app.

What you need to do is....

1. Don't Create any domain in SCC.

2. Create security as mentioned in document.

3. Deploy your ESDMA on default domain...and select the security which you have created in SCC.

provide SAP Technical username and password.

And in SCC create user as

1. user: some name

2. server: external ip addr

3. port : 5001

4. application ID : leave blank

5. farm id : 0 or (provide as per relay server)

6. Security Configuration : security which you have created in SCC

7. Domain : leave blank

8. specify activation code : anything like (123)

On application....

Provide all details except domain...leave domain as blank.

Try this out this will definitely work.
