Search fails to load any content

Hi,

In the SRM space/content--when i try to filter using tag "line item hierarchy'--i do not get any hits/content. The same i do it in 'google' and a SCN/SDN link takes me to the thread.

While the look and feel seems nice, searching for anything has become a laborious process.

Compared to the earlier 'look-up' or 'search using key words'--it was simple, effective and efficient. This is so unreliable.

Am i missing anything? Or is this a known issue?

Hello Jack,

The filters tend to work better without any quotation marks. They've actually been deactivated for the moment until their performance is improved.

At the same time, Google commenced crawling SCN late last Thursday, just as you posted this message.  I found some results from SAP domains (SCN, Help) using this query in Google: site:sap.com "line item hierarchy"
