SAP on Windows 2003 Server and Vmware

Hi,

I'm trying to install NW04s on win2003 Server inside the Vmware. My problem is, that I get always the message: It is not possible to open the file NW04s.vmdk, because another process is currently use some part of this file???

Is it necessary to install SQL-Server before or is it also possible to use maxDB. Are there some special configurations that I had to know.

be shure not to use virtual Windows Terminal Server Sessions to the host operating system.

vmware is only supporting the console mode.

-- mstsc.exe will not work

mstsc.exe -console will work
