Hi,
I am working on a ESS Help Form for my organization's ESS site in WD ABAP. [The ESS site is not in SAP Portal]. The user can enter a text message in this form which will then be created as a support ticket using a program in the SAP system.
The login issues and user password reset requests can also be entered in this form. When the query is related to the login issues, the user must be able to use this form without actually logging in. Is this possible? Is there a way to create a generic user id to allow the user to enter information?

Hello ABAPER,
End user can reset their password with the help of get support option.
You have to consultant the portal consultant, they will enable that option in logon screen itself.
