Hello Everybody:
Can anyone explain me the step by step process to create an Integration model, I have 7materials, 4 Plants to be moved out to APO.
Thank you in advance.
Mono
Hi Mono,
Please go through the information in the WikiCIF page for pratical tips on the sequence and dependencies during Master Data integration model creation and activation.
You need to first create integration model and transfer Plants before doing that for materials. Integration models are created using txn CFM1 and activating using txn CFM2.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
somnath

Hai Mono,
May be something in the integration model transferred by the user ZCPICAPO has some inconsistency. You can just say "ignore" when you get that popup and it will use a new channel for transfer. Like the WikiCIF, the bridge is blocked by the other user. It also shows you the details of block may be in SMQ1or SMQ2. Not sure of the transaction.
Hope this helps.

you can follow the below steps for specific data you want to CIF to APO
In R/3 goto transaction CFM1-Create Integration Model ,
You need to have seperate integration models for Master data (Materials & Plants etc) and Transaction Data(Planned orders, purchase orders etc)
As you want to tranfer Master Data Enter the name of the model which is relavant to Master Data,Logical System is the APO system (SC4CLNT500) and APO application.
In Material Dependent Objects check the fields which you want to transfer Material ,Plants etc and in the next window of selection options enter the materials and plants .
you can save this as a variant for master data so that the selection is readily available for further updates .
then execute this with clock button at the top left or press (F8) which will give a new window where you can check the consistency, save it and come out to sap menu .
Goto transation CFM2 and enter model name and logical system and application and execute (F8) ,in new window check the date and time of the model, double click on this to activate and press start button on the top left side this ,
This will give the message that acttivation is complete and you can see the logs
You can check the data in APO .
hope this helps
