Data Updated in MIC not geting reflected in Result Entry Sheet

Dear Experts,

Quantity data (Upper Limit) for a Material  was changed in MIC using T Code QS21.

When we try to create inspection lot through QA32 the change is not affected in the Result Entry Sheet.

Please help.

first of all if the inspection lot is created  & then if you change master data( like MIC)  will not have any effect on Inspection lot.Unless you update task list and assign the updated task list to inspection lot.

Socndly This is very much depends upon the model of MIC and whether you have activated "MIC change with history" tick in Plant level.

Maintain :

Model should be : reference copy model

"MIC change with history"  @ plant level

And

"replace MIC" @ client level setting in QCC0

BUT make sure that you reset the sample of inspection lot first ( using QAC3) , then update task list and then attach the updated task list through QA02.

Hi Ranjan

Check while doing the changes to MIC , version of MIC is created or not. Use QS28 for list of MIC(version also shown here)

Then in inspection plan, mention that version.

If version is not created then go to that inspection plan ans reassin that MIC , then only changes will reflects.

Check the if the system has created a new version in the MIC (Then the quality plan will not be updated with the version) and secondly what id the copy model of the MIC. It should be complete copy model then only it ll get updated in the quality plan.
