Further, I believe following SAP Note can be help to you for resolving the issue:
- 1606732 - Short dump SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC when creating Delivery
- 1285656 - Program terminates during delivery split

amit i am not expert , based on my know ledge ,

it for partner function problem , when you goods receipt done , partners not updated , please check the table of VBPA , it is sale document partner details , so run the table and check the table values , based on your sale order  document number , in sale order part details it something is missing or wrong entry , please check

and check the ship to party partner functions , vopan t code
