Budget Problem in WBS Element

Hi,

I have distributed budget from investment management by im52 to the top wbs element  and then divided to the level 1>L2>L3>L4>L5 wbs element by cj30 and then it shows that it is available to all the L1>L5 and when i am procuring to L5 its allows and when i am procuring for L4 then it shows the budget exceeded for the material amount.

do't know why it is happening? If any one can tell me what i am missing?

Hi Sukhveer Singh

If you distribute the budget to the lower level WBS elements, then the budget will be available for the last node of the wbs element. Suppose if you are not distributed budget to the lower level wbs elements  then you can utilize the budget by giving any level of WBS element. And also if budget is consumed in any level that will be effected remaining levels, even though it will show budget availability.
