select & Export/import hit ratio is less in st02

Hi experts,

In ST02 T-code i observed that in the call statistics select statement Hit ratio is 90%. how can i increset it.

and in Buffer --Export/import Hit ratio 96% & rest of 99% how can i increase the hit ratio.

ECC 6.0 HPux 11.3

and Oracle 10G

Usually anything above 90% mark is quite ok, I don't think this represents any reduction in performance...
