What is the use of program id, gateway host and gateway host service parameters in rfc receiver adapter. What should be mentioned in program id, gateway host and gateway host service ?
program id and Gateway those are mandatary parameter in Sender RFC Adapter not in Receiver RFC Adapter.

What's the version of SAP PI that you are working?.
That parameters are used only in RFC Sender Adapter in SAP PI 7.1 and below, because the endpoint that connect with SAP PI needs to share the metadata information of RFC communication with SAP PI.

this option is used when you connect to External RFC Server. If you want to connect to SAP Abap stack server do not need to fill those parameters
