Mass Update for Incidents (SMIN) ?

Hello fellow Solution Managers,

I wonder if any of you know of a report that would allow mass updates to Solman 7.1 Incidents (SMIN)? Specifically, i would like to update the 'Reported By' field. I managed to turn on 'auto incident create' during System Monitoring setup before assigning business partners to my system users. This has resulted in 300+ incidents created without a 'Reported By' BP.

My next challenge will be to use AI_SDK_SP_AUTO_CLOSE to close these same incidents.

If anyone has any suggestions, i would certainly appreciate any advice or recommendation you can provide.

Hi,

yes the report AI_SDK_SP_AUTO CLOSE will helps to close the tickets, make sure first execute using test mode

regarding reported by field change, there is one crm option as using tcode "mass" , but i m nt sure hw much this is feasible in sm 7.1
