What, exactly, do you want to know? You've asked a very open ended question. I think you need to decide which part/area of SAP you want to explore, then ask more specific questions.

This is very generic question. The best place to learn is Sdn.sap.com. There are plenty of questions you will go through here. Plus learn SAP help links. You will also get plenty of blogs/wiki to learn. Elaborate more for further help.
