J1i5 updation: Not Enough Balance for Utilization. Message no. 8I578

When I am doing J1i5 updation following error is coming:

Not Enough Balance for Utilization. Message no. 8I5778

Diagnosis:

The balance in the Account is not enough to carryout the current utilization

Procedure:

You need to increase the balance by either taking credit or depositing into PLA.

Please help me how to increase balance by taking  credit and depositing balance into PLA.
