Dispatcher Error after system copy

Hi,

We have done system copy to a new server (Windows 2008 R2, SQL Server 2008 R2) NW 7.01

RAM: 24 GB, SWAP: 28GB

The dispatcher it is giving error message, but could able to login to the system..

Thisis AS-ABAP system, and updated the karnel to latest -1 version, still I can see the disp in yellow. please help me resolving the issue.. this is an work stopper for my Upgrade to 7.3.

Hi,

Error logs are not indicating as Dispatcher is shutdown, whereas pointing to

VMC (JAVA VM in WP) is not active

Pls paste logs of Java files to anlyze further.

As per Note 1598589 - VMC is not automatically activated

The Paramer value is:

vmcj/enable = off
