Service Desk : cannot reset the value of Date Profile in smin_std

Hi experts,

I am trying to configure SLA in Service Desk, for some tests, I changed the value of Date Profile from SMIN_HEADER to ZMIN_HEADER in the action profile SMIN_STD. I know it is not recommended, it is why I want to reset this value, but when I try to do it, I get the following error :

Date profile ZMIN_HEADER is used in conditions, change not allowed

I do not know what I can to do to resolve this problem...

Hi,

Try copying SMIN to ZMIN and then the action profile.Have you copied default action profile for the transaction type SMIN ( or ZMIN) to ZMIN_STD? Once you copied all profile into customer namespace try resetting the value of date profile.

Hi Vivek,

I have by mistake changed the ZMIN_STD's (copy of SMIN_STD) date profile from ZMIN_HEADER to ZMIN_ITEM, but now it is not allowing me to reset it again to original one i.e. ZMIN_HEADER. Giving error Date profile ZMIN_ITEM is used in conditions, change not allowed

Please Help me on resetting it.
