GRC Access Control 10.0 Mandatory Comments on Rejected Role

Having some issues with Access Request Management since updating to SP08.

Just upgraded to Support Pack 8 this week and having some issues with enforcing comments for rejected roles. Worked as desired with SP07

I have Parameter ID 2040 set to "Yes" and the modify task settings are set to allow role rejects.

After I reject an individual role and then click submit, I receive two messages:

1. “Line item comments are mandatory for rejection for assignment XXXX”
2. “Access Request 123 is approved”

The first statement is correct, but the fact that the request continues through workflow without comments is not correct. The rejected role does not continue though, which is proper functionality.
