Hello!
I am preparing to upgrade Erp6.0 to ehp4.
I have to cancel job according instructions of EHP upgrade. But i have not found item 'Cancel the release by choosing Job Schedule job Cancel'
How i can return this background job to previous state after upgrade?
a) Log on to the client as user DDIC.
b) Call transaction SM37.
c) Determine the jobs involved.
Fill in the necessary information on the screen Select background jobs as described in the
example below. In the Start date field, make sure that the from date is in the past. The To
date must be far enough in the future to include all the background jobs that could become
active during the upgrade.
d) Choose Execute .
e) Cancel the release by choosing Job Schedule job Cancel
Hi Drizin,
Try the below steps.
1. You can delete the jobs in SM37 by selecting it > Job (Menu) > Delete. But make sure you copy all the details of the jobs before deleting them.
2. Once your are done with your upgrade activity, you need to schedule the previously deleted jobs
3. Call T-Code: SM36 >Enter Job name > Enter the start condition (like Time/After event/Program) with the help of details of the job that was copied in Step 1 and Save.
4. Create all the jobs and schedule them as per your requirement.
5. Double check whether all the jobs are re-scheduled
Hope this helps
Regards
Sai

In SM37, select, Job Overview, then, Cancel Active Job.
To re-run the job, copy the job and then schedule the job or run immediately.

Hi,
Refer Note 37425 - Cancel job during upgrade
You can run a program BTCTRNS1 to suspend all jobs and
BTCTRNS2 to un-suspend all jobs.
