Dear community,
we are using Solution Manager 7.1. Due to a problem concerning updating to SP04, SAP support told me to activate certain objects via BRFplus workbench, but unfortunately it says "no changes for user XXX allowed." What authorization does a user need to activate objects? Is there a predefined user who is able to activate objects? If not, is there a predefined role that grants authorization to activate objects?
Thanks and regards
Sönke
Hi,
Refer Link :http://help.sap.com/saphelp_tm81/helpdata/de/87/bd5c5b6ab34a4f93c134a5fa153db1/content.htm
You need to have role BRFplus Administrator (SAP_BC_FDT_ADMINISTRATOR) added to your profile.
Also check SAP note :Note 1561080 - BRF+: Workbench does not open, just error messages are shown
Pls respond if helps.

Thanks, that helped me a lot, for I have now the authorization to activate objects. Unfortunately, when I try to activate an object, I am asked for a transport request, and when I enter the tr SAPK-70204INSAPBSFND, the following message appears:
-------------------
Request SAPK-70204INSAPBSFND is invalid
Message no. FDT_CORE715
Diagnosis
Request &1 is invalid for recording.
Procedure
Choose a valid request:
Objects that belong to the same application have to be recorded in the
same request.
System objects cannot be mixed up with objects that are supposed to be
deployable using BCF.
---------
Could anybody explain to me what is wrong and what I could do?
Thanks again
Sönke
