Hi Gurus,
I am implementing SAP SRM 7.01. During support period, some of the vendor always claim cannot find this cannot find that. But everything is actually in there as i checked through bbp_pd. Is there anyway like slot my ID into vendor roots as the contact person of the company so that when i login using my ID i can see all the document as vendor see in the SUS portal. Is this possible?

Sometime the vendor claim that they could not find the PO/GR in the SUS portal. When i check in the bbp_pd all the document is actually in the system.
So my practice is to ask vendor provide their ID and password then login to check and encounter the vendor. In order to ask vendor provide their ID, is there anyway like slot my ID into the vendor as the contact person so that we do not need to ask vendor to provide their ID and password.
