We are working on a client, which is a charity based healthcare provider. Problem we are facing is with respect to accounting of patient because: Organization is 100% charity based and does not charge anything to patient, but they do require costing reports, now patient is billed normally, but no receivables are expected instead the billing amount should be "expensed out" from donation amount in finance, which is recorded in system as "Income" account as well. We cannot find any such standard possibilities in SAP IS-H to allow this, As patient receivables (against invoicing) are also "income" and donation is also "income".
How can we manage such scenario? Any help would be highly appreciated.
