Alert Categories using tcode ALRTCATDEF were already created. Alert Rules from RWB: Alert Configuration is also done using the developed alert categories.
However, when going to the RWB: Alert Inbox -> Subscription, it says "The table does not contain any entries."
Would like to know if we missed any step during the creation of the Alert Categories/Rules? (Attached are screenshots of the configs/objects)
. A user can only subscribe to alert categories for which he or she has the authorization. This authorization is assigned to roles using Subscription Authorization in the alert category definition environment (transaction ALRTCATDEF). If the user has the role to which a particular alert category is assigned, he or she can subscribe to that alert category in the alert inbox.

From SAP help:
To see a list of the alert categories for which you have subscription authorization, choose Subscription in the main alert inbox view.

Hi Arvin,
did you add roles in alert catergory. you can see 3 buttons at the top. choose subsription authorisation from these buttons and add roles.
Once you add the roles, make sure the user has that role as well.
