Hi All,
We have install solution manager 7.0 ehp1 SP27 in our landscape.
When a customer try to send a support message through Work Center in Web Browser (URL) an error occurs like this one:
Error while processing your request! What has happened? The call of URL http://isosolman.isosistemi.it:8000/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ags_work_incident_create_app has been terminated due to an error. |

Hi Febrico,
Have you maintained the entries in BCOS_CUST table?
Thanks,

Hi all,
with transaction CRMD_ORDER the customers doesn't have the button "Support Message".
If I try to change Specific-Settings and insert Transaction Type SLFN, the system shows this error message:
"You are not authorized to create transaction 'SLFN' ".
Logging with administrator User i don't have any problems, can the customer users are missing some roles?
It's the same when the customers try to use the transaction NOTIF_CREATE, can create a Support Message but when it's time to save this error occurs:
Message no. DSWP600
The message could not be created.
Possible reasons:
- The connected CRM system was not reached.
- The descriptive text was not saved or not saved completely.
- A different, critical error ocurred while the message was being created.
- The attached file contains special characters in its name.
The names of directories and documents in this hierarchy are allowed to contain:
- a-z, A-Z, 0-9
- The special characters #%+,@^.-_&
- Blank characters
The first character must not be a hyphen (-).
The characters permitted are restricted to the syntactical character set, and certain characters that have a special meaning in Windows and UNIX are excluded. The characters are restricted in order to permit:
- Unrestricted use as a directory/file name on Windows and UNIX platforms
- Upper/lowercase conversion to check the uniqueness of the name within a namespace across all code pages
- Unique sorting regardless of the platform
Contact the Solution Manager system administrator.
I'm a little confused 🙂
Thanks!
Federica
