Dear Gurus,

Eg: A Product Code or A Contract exists in the catalogue.Only Mumbai User should be able to Use the Product Code or Contract.

1)Is it possible To differentiate in terms of user.

2)When you drag it into the shopping cart.There are many parameters Like dates,Price.How to handle if there are any variations.In this scenario how to handle.

3)Workflow or any Approval processes available in the system highlighting the changes while uploading second time not initial upload.Comparitive Statements upon certain fields.

4)Price,Qty,Date checks.

5)How will vendors Catalogues will be able to be seen in our system for which no need of the Repository in Our System.

6)When you maintain Contract in SRM Contract will replicate in ECC and will the same contract will replicate in MDM also.

Hi,

1) Yes. It's possible. You need to do changes in Org Structure. Specific catalogs should be maintained for that part of users.(attribute 'Catalog Id')

2) There are no problem if variation happens; as it is for specific for that SC. As well there are very few fields are there that you can change; like date.

5) You need to defined attribute 'Catalog Id' with PunchOut URL

6) I doubt contract replication to MDM. One generally creates Product according to contract in MDM.
