Service Desk Configuration

Hai Friends,

In service desk configuration. I copied the transaction type SLFN and created my own transaction type ZLFN. And created Partner profile and Text determination procedure. That is working fine. My problem is for transaction type SLFN, crmd_order screen has two tabs called Fast entry and Transaction Data.

But for my customized Transc type one more tab is showing called 'Item Details' and also in the transaction data Tab Design and its sub tabs are also different.

I compared everything with SLFN, But I am not getting the issue. Can anyone help me?

Hi,

these tabs are controlled by the screen profiles, by default you get Item details tab, but you can custmize with the screen profile, hope u nt maintained the zscreen profiles

are you working on 7.1 ? then check spro for setting up the screen profiles.

My problem solved. I am using 7.1. In SPRO I created the screen profile.

Now issue solved.
