Hi,

Here's how:

  1. Go to the space related to the topic or product you're interests in
  2. Go to the discussion (Content Tab > Discussion Filter)
  3. Enter a keyword in the field that say Type to filter by text

Another option is to use site search (top right of any page) and filter the result with the options in the left column.

I have the same question regarding search. I don't see "Filter by text" just "filter by tag" which doesn't work very well. For example, in this forum if  I put "search" in the filter by tag field it doesn't turn up this thread or any others..

Try Google (I know, I'm downplaying site search but...).  There's a nice Google search operator that retrieves only results from SCN:

site:scn.sap.com/thread [query]

e.g. site:scn.sap.com/thread/ daylight savings

I am aware of google and it's search capabilities. Guess SCN search is just one more reason to want the old SDN back. It's getting to be a long list.

I found an add-on for Firefox so you can search right in the search box if that fancies you:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/find-sap/ or you can just go to the site directly: http://www.findsap.com
