incompletion log issue

Hi,

i am a technical guy and i need ur help in an SD issue.

Some Sales Orders in VA02 are complete but still showing data in Incompletion log.

i tried to debug SAPMV45A and got a select query which is fetching data from VBUV table, which is the incompletion log table. it happens when a check of  BUFFERREAD_FLAG-TABLE_VBUV fails. as BUFFERREAD_FLAG-TABLE_VBUV is empty.  BUFFERREAD_FLAG-TABLE_VBUV is actually a component of SADO_BUF_FLAGSTRING , i.e. Indicator: Buffered reading sales document.

Please suggest as to how should i proceed in this? or is there any other approach which i should follow......?

Check the incompletion procedure defined at sale order header , item & sheduleline level.

       please check gross weight and net weight are correctly filled or not.

1.first,you want know what is the gross weight and net weight?

2.for ex:you bought a one oil bottle ,that weight is 100grams(total bottle).

3.the total weight of the bottle is 100grams .this is gross weight.

4.in that bottle, oil content is 97 or 98grams.this is net weight.

Hi,

You can run the report SDVBUK00 in SA38 to get update the statuses.

Check VBAKUK table/view which shows a combination of header details and status
information.

First of all, can you please let me know how are you saying, few orders are completed.

If you go to VA02 and check for the document flow (press Shift plus F5) of that particular sale order, system will show the status of each document.  If possible, attach the screen shot here based on which, suggestion can be given suitably.
