Customer partner functions

Hi,

I have users, who are not able to see partner function "Person Respnsible" description. They are able to see the partner function's number (ID). Only my Sales people are able to see the description. Where is the configuration? Or is it role authorization related? Thanks.

in partner function tab, there is a small icon very colorful on top right. click on that to check their layout. They could have accidentally drag away the column.

Issue is related to authorization.So check with the help of BASIS team weather any authorization has been maintained for the user's user id's.

I've compared to user that can view the partner function's description and added the missing roles. But they still could not able to see the description, even after logoff and logon.

Use TCode SU24 for Auth. Obj. Check Under Transaction under the desired transaction for the respective user.
