NWBC on IDES

Hello All;

i want to install NWBC (Netweaver Business Client) on IDES sysyem (internet demonstration evaluation system)

i installed the IDES susccessfully, but i have one error in the Java stack. would that affect my process of connecting NWBC with IDES.

my question is. if i want to connect NWBC with IDES would the ABAP stack be enough?

Hello Amal,

with my experiences, I would say: Yes. There is no problem, running the NWBC without a java stack.

At least, the NWBC can take its configuration from the PFCG-Roles . You have to choose "ABAP" as Type of your connection and your done.

Hi Amal,

no problem 😉 My first thought about the new SCN was: I am too old for this stuff...and I am stil confused sometimes with the new scn. But with every day I like it more and more! I feel like playing...
