save PDFs from "processes and forms" into third party doc. management

Dear all:

    We have implemented Documentum in our company to store all personnel related documents. We are planning to implement Process and Fors and we want the PDFs and attachments to be saved in this third party document management, do you think if that is possible?

This should be very possible using the DPF capabilities of HCM P&F. Look at the DPF (Digital Personnel File) links and information.

Thank you Chris,

    Im currently using DPF to store the files, but I dont see any way into DPFs features that allow me to transfer the files from there into documentum, or am I missing something?

Where did you set DPF to "store" the files?

As DPF is actually part of SAP Records Management, you should be able to then set up in Records Management this "link" to Documentum.
