Not able to remove Custom avatar

Hi Guys,

I am not able to remove my custom avatar. When i click on delete a pop up appears with the Message "Are you sure you want to delete this image" and when i click on Ok the Avatar is still not deleted.

I have also tried to remove the Photo which is set as avatar on the left hand side of "Profile Photo and Avatar"

I faced the same problem in IE & when I tries in Firefox it worked. Dont know why
