Error connecting to MDM repository

Dear Friends ,

While creating and unarchiving the MDM repository in SAP MDM SP3 , we are getting the following error . cam someone pls help :

error :

Database command excecution error, A SQl statement failed to excecute

Repository Database that we are using is Oracle 10g .

I don't think SP3 has capability to connect to Oracle 10g. Well, technically, the same SQL but we've had similar issues before we moved on to SP4.

Was this below issue resolved, please let me know.

I am facing the same issue, I have SP4 HP2 and Oracle 10G , getting an error message while Unarchiving the repository.

Error message"Database command line error, A SQL statement failed to execute"

Hi there,

well in general SP04 was released for Oracle 9.2.0.7 and Oracle 10.2 (Min requirement). Are you running Oracle on a windows platform?

You can also check the "Product Availability Matrix" within the SAP Support Portal / Release & Upgrade Info.
