Supplier evaluation- Supplier evaluation for custom criteria

Dear Guru's,

I would like to know whether some of you have experienced the use of supplier survey for vendor evaluation for custom criteria such as 5S (cleaniless), financial performance and so on. I have checked the supplier survey cockpit content in SAP help library and the relevant BI content. Most of the standard content is there for evaluate the suppliers on the criteria such as delivery, quality. How difficult is it to develop a evaluation report using the custom attributes?

Difficult - at least when you want to consider the development of related interfaces, BI content, integration of them in portal etc.,
