Data Extraction issue on 0consumer_attr

In RSA3, 0consumer_attr extractor returned 0 records with no data selection.  However, once I entered selection in KUNNR, the extractor returned with records. I debugged the data extraction in RSA3 but I was not able to find the reason why the extraction returned 0 records.

Could somebody give any suggestions?

hi

check the query used. it may be fetching the data only if you provide KUNNR.

We have two ECC systems.  The extractor is in both systems; one does not return records with no data selection and one returns records with no data selection.  Both systems are SAP ECC 6.0.  I ran debugger in RSA3 on both systems and was not able to find the difference in term of the logic how the extractor is populated data.  Any other suggestions?
