RBA (location substitution) at component

Hi,

The component of one FG in location 'A' is getting sourced from 2 other locations say C and D.

The checking for loc substitution should happen in order : A >> B then A >> C. Basically, its single level substitution.

What procedure type needs to be maintained for location determination ? Fan shaped (2) or Alternative (4).

And in Create Rule Determination (/SAPCND/AO11) what location needs to be maintained? is it only location 'A' against the above defined rule?

Hi RS,

Just create a simple substitution chain (list type = 0) where you define

location A

location B

location C

The system will then substitute location A with B and then C !
