It appears that the search (top right corner search box) defaults to "Search the community". Since Kbases are not hosted on the "community" any search for a KB comes up with NULL results:
Selecting "Search All of SAP" results in search success:
At best, this is not intuitive, at worst frustrating and irritating some where in between (in other words, not much positive here(?)). E.g.; let's assume a customer wants to search for a KB - by number or key words. Would he actually think of clicking on the drop down to select "Search All of SAP"? I doubt it as this would require an understanding of how SAP organizes content; e.g.; some is in "community" (Jive?), some not... Why don't we search all of SAP by default?
Interestingly enough, wikis, which are not hosted by Jive - or the "community" (as I understand it), do come up in the default of "Search the community".
Hi Ludek,
As you've noticed by now, this has been resolved.
