MDM Enrichment Controller - Syndicate Exception

HI All

Currently we are experiencing the folowing error when the enrichment adapter is being triggered by the workflow.

it is happening since a couple of days. before it was working perfectly fine.

Syndicate Exception - The session is not valid; it may have expired. Create a new session and try the operation again. we have tried to restart of the system but that did not help. any ideas on what else could be the cause of this error?

Hi

Could you check timeout value in your destination system?

i think, somebody decrease it.
