sample trigger sample scheme to

Hi Experts,

I have one scnerio,i assigned sampling scheme to sampling procedure and assigned to QP01.

GRN done sample seize perfectly calculated and did RR,Now client requirement is if result is fail system should trigger 100% Inspection for same lot.

Can any one suggest me that it is possible?

Because system already calculate the sample based on GRN and i did RR so how come 100 % we will do RR?

Hi sujit,

I tried with your solution,but in my case only c2 & d2, not goes more than that.

means deciding on c1 & d1 if lot fail 100%(GRN) qtn picked as sample.

Its clearly maintion in that document 100% inspection triggers but i cudnt find.

Pls help me.

For the existing lot its not possible but in sap there is concept of dependent multiple sample.

You have to use the sampling scheme for this...
