Hello experts
I am facing an irritating problem with my smartform
Prerequisite
* Layout 210 * 297 mm
* Device type: HPLJ4
Problem:
I have a logo which is 210 mm wide
This means that the logo is filling the whole page width.
When I am printing the smartform the printer is moving the logo 40-50 mm from the left page edge, and therefor is the logo being cutted in the right edge.
I have tried in TC: SPAD for the output device, on the tab: <Output attributes> to add a horizontal move-. That that is working fine for the left edge, but the logo is now being cut at approx. 100 mm from the right edge. So that is not the solution.
I have tried to upgrade the HP driver - that did not help.
I have also tried to change the device type from HPLJ4 to POST2. That worked perfectly – almost.
No edges are being cut. But the font OCR-B is not supported for the device type.
So have you experts any good suggestions for my problem?
The case is closed.
We changed the logo - by cutting the egdes of the picture
