Condition record exist, but has not been set

Hi All,

I want to restrict a condition type let say ZMPR, if Required delivery date 22.04.2012 and Pricing date 17.03.2012 and its pricing Analysis should be " Condition record exist, but has not been set" Message 108 will be shown. If Required delivery date & Pricing date is same 16.03.2012 then ZMPR condition type should be considered by the system. This can only be possible through Pricing Procedure Requirement routine. Please suggest me how can i map this requirement.

Best Regards

JJ

Hi,

In VOV8 for your sales document type, there is a setting 'Prop.f.pricing date' under Requested delivery date/pricing date/purchase order date heading.  If you set 'A' - Date based on requested delivery date, your line items will take requested delivery date in the header as pricing date.  But this will be applicable to all pricing condition types for your item.

If you need it only for your ZMPR condition type, go to V/06 and set pricing date as service rendered data under control data 2.  It will be the goods issue date of delivery, if that suits you.
