Hi SolMan 7.1 Experts,
My client, currently upgrading from Solution Manager 7.0 to 7.1 (SP04), added a number of custom tabs to their earlier RFC screens to carry out Impact Assessment & Resource Estimates/Tracking + indicate the BP/processor who made entries. As part of the RFC process (a) respective functional/programming/technical/security teams were then identified as being impacted and (b) level of effort estimates were entered in hours/days and automatically totalled.
Sample screenshots are attached.
Question: In 7.1 is it possible to invoke this functionality using configuration or personalization Vs customization?
