Results recording in QA32 with multiple entries as per sample plan

Hi,  Experts,

While I am trying to record the results for a certain inspection lot in QA32 for a raw material.I am getting only one column to record the results, but I have used the fixed sample size 5 nos.

Pls help me how to get  5 columns for results recording, my settings for the Inspection lot generated material is as mentioned below

Material master QM view

Inspection type – 01

Preferred insp type – tick

Active Tick

Post to inspection stock – tick

Inspection with task list – tick

Automatic assignment – tick

Check characteristics – tick

Skip allowed – tick

Automatic UD - tick

Quality plan for the material (QP01)

Usage -5

Status – 4

For inspection characteristics  sample procedure with fixed sample (5 nos) is assigned.

Sampling procedure (QDV1)

Sample type – fixed sample

Valuation mode – 110-Attribute inspection non confirming units / manual

Dear,

Go in QP02--> Select operation --> Select MIC --> Go in control indicator --> remove tick from Summ. recording and tick on Single result.

Hi,

1. Go to QS22(MIC in change mode)-click on control indicator on left hand side top and select SINGLE  RESULT radio button and save.

Then go to QP02

2. select the MIC and click on conrol indicator and change here also to SINGLE RESULT. and save.

From next lot onwards you will be see as desired.

Hi

Change the control indicator in Quality plan as told by sujit.

Also, change the "sample size" as 5 in QDV2 for the sampling plan.

Check the control indicator for the MIC's which you have used in the task list -->Have you selected "summerize result recording " instead of  "single result recording"
