SAP CRM Version

Hi All,

How can I find the SAP CRM version used by our company whether it is CRM 7.0 or CRM 7.0 Ehp1 or CRM 7.0 Ehp2. Is there any path or Tcode which can help me here in CRM.

Log to SAP GUI and in menu follow System->Status. Then click on icon in block SAP system data. Next check release column. For exampe if value for WEBCUIF is 701 it means you re on crm 7.0 ehp1. In column "level" you can see service pack on which you are.

I have the below entries also.

SAP_ABA 702

PI_BASIS 702

ST-PI 2008_1_700

SAP_BS_FND 702

SAP_BW 702

SAP_AP 700

WEBCUIF 701

BBPCRM 701

So that does not mean that we are on 7.0 Ehp2. Please let me know.

Dear CP,

you should look for the version for software component WEBCUIF, so in your case the version is 7.0 EhP1.
