Maximum Earliness issue with WIPs

We plan both the Finished Goods and the associated WIPs.  There is a goods receipt time of 1day for the WIPs and we have also set a Max Earliness of 26hours on the WIPs.  In the Product Planning Table, when we move a FG order to an earlier time the WIP follows the order.  However when an order is moved into the future it appears the Max Earliness is being isgnored as the WIP does not follow the FG order.  Any thoughts?

Hi,

Hope you have already set conside order internal relationship, Dynamic pegging and fixed pegging in scheduling strategy.

Inspite of above setting there are changes of pegging relationship getting ignored.

1.  Is there existing delay at component level ie. receipt is after requirement date.

2. There are chances of existing pegging relationship are replaced with new pegging relationship post rescheduling
