PDS is not updated completely (Activity is missing) in APO

Hi,

BOM and Recipie is maintained in ECC and CIFed PDS to APO. Now PDS is available in APO, but the activity is missing in PDS. Can you please help to rectify it?

Hi S K,

If your are using CTM PDS then please check note 1441405.

1) Please check whether the resources for the operations have been assigned with formulas in order to calculate the activity durations

2)check for the following:

• your resource is in active Integration model
• The used control key is scheduling relevant
• The resource is a machine (eg: not a person)
• The operation must have times maintained , without value zero

3)In the master data transaction of the corresponding task list type (ca01, ca02, ca03) ensure that the plan exists on the key date of the transfer and that it has the operation you expect

4)further more on planning recipes, the relationship  must be maintained cycle-free in a conencted  network. check whether the relationship between the phases are maintained in the recipe. it is best to check this using the transaction graph.

5)system only generates activity if the scheduling result is >0. Use the scheduling in the plan/recipe to check this.
