PO Reference not updated to SC in SRM 7.0

Hi,

We are on classic scenario. SRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0 EhP4.

The problem we are facing is -

We have created a SC with multiple materials and multiple vendors, i.e., products from different vendors in one SC. Once it is ordered, there are different POs created in ECC which is fine. However, only the first item in the SC gets updated with the PO reference and "Follow-on document created" status. The other items remain in "item in transfer process" even though the follow-on POs have been created.

For e.g., SC has 4 items with different vendors and 4 POs have been created as below -

item 1 - PO1

Item 2 - PO2

item 3 - PO3

Item 4 - PO4

Of the above, the SC item 1 has been updated with reference of PO1 and the correct status. However, the other items still remain in "item in transfer process" and no PO reference.

I also checked the inbound XML messages for the PO confirmation in SXMB_MONI. The messages have reached SRM and have been processed successfully (with chequered flag) but still the SC items (except the line item 1) is not updated with the PO reference and status.

Could someone please advise on this issue?

Hi,

Could you check status of SC/PO in BBP_PD & RZ20.

As well check  whether reports BBP_GET_STATUS_2 & CLEAN_REQREQ_UP are working properly.

You can monitor SC status using report BBP_BW_SC2.

Update your findings.
