How to check which PO smartform is using in SRM4.0

Dear All,

  I am new to SRM4.0 , can any buddy guide me how to check  customized SMARTFORM  name in SRM4.0.IN SRM 5.0 we use the Badi  BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE_SF  ,but this BADI is not there in SRM4.0 . Please guide me regarding how this is implemented in SRM4.0.

Hi,

Enter the tocde: SMARTFORMS in the SRM Gui

Enter the name : Z* press F4 you can see all the  customized form

to get more help take the help of ABAP

  Thanks for the reply ,but I alrady checked there , found 3 Z*bbp_po* forms ,so want to know exactly which Smartform they are using?

Hi

Go to T.code : NACE

1. Select EF -Purchase order

2.click output types -select the output type;

(how to find output type : enter t code: ME23N  enter the Po no .click message you can see the output type)

3.select the output type -click  processing routine

4.check for the Print ,fax ,email the Smarform used in the 5 th column

Hi All,

  I got the answer by one of my frined in SRM 4 we have to use  "BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE" BADI to choose our own customized PO Smartform.
