in your PI homepage there is an administration tab on right hand corner. The same page where you'll see links to open ESR, IB and runtime workbench. Click on it. As the page gets opened on the lfet hand side you'll see a list of different options from there select lock administration. select the object that you want to get unlocked and click on the remove lock.
