hi ,
I have a requirement to restrict VK11 access based on condition type.Because all users should not have access to maintain all condition through in VK11.

Hi,
This requirement can be done with the help of BASIS. Ask BASIS team to create roles by considering the condition types and t code VK11.
Assign the created roles in respective user ids in SU01 tcode.

You can approach Security team for this, there is an option to restrict the t-code VK11 via. condition type.
The Object Details are :
V_KONH_VKS : Condition: Authorization for Condition Types
Field:-
ACTVT: Activity:-
KSCHL: Condition Type :-

By taking the Basis help we can control for the specific user's should have an access for maintaining condition records.
talk with the basis/security consultants you can get the solution.

Try with BADI SD_COND_SAVE_A . Check with an ABAP'er to add logic not to save if user try to use condition types, which they are not allowed to.
